This is one from a complete set of six original hand painted plates from the "Wedgwood Sporting Dog Plates Series" by Marguerite Kirmse that we currently have for sale on Ebay
To the front of this plate is a superb hand painted colour illustration of an English Setter with gold trim to the outside rim of the plate.
To the rear in gold is written "Wedgwood Bone China Made In England, Sporting Dog Plates Hand Painted From The Original Etchings By Marguerite Kirmse, The English Setter, Produced In A Limited Edition Of 200 Sets"
This plate measures approx. 10.75" diameter and is in superb clean condition with no damage or marks of any sort
