Baccarat Crystal Eagle. This is a larger size than most eagles. Measures 9.5 inches wing tip to wing tip. Height is 7 inches to the top of the curve in the wings. Great condition overall. It sat on a shelf most of the time. The box, however, has been lost. I’ve looked this piece over very carefully and find two flaws. First of all, there is one very very shallow scratch on the base (.75 inch). Secondly, when using a 10x jewelers loupe I found a 2mm length of “roughness” on the left edge of the beak. This cannot be seen without magnification. It’s so minor that the piece might have been sold that way. Besides the paper label, the eagle has the acid etched Baccarat symbol, plus the word “Baccarat.” No other scratching or other issues. Free shipping to the lower 48 only.
