Bruce Humberstone, with his name in holograph pencil annotation to the title page. Accompanying the script are a promotional book and several production documents, including a legal contract for the film, signed by Humberstone and a Paramount Pictures vice president, and a mechanically duplicated, folded "Day Out of Days" map.

Housed in a black card folder. Missing titled wrappers, presumably as issued. Title page present, dated July 1, 1940, noted as FINAL, noted as production No. 1275. 126 leaves, with last page of text numbered D-38. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, bound with three gold brads.
