Playmaxx X-Ray Drone Yo-Yo Collective Club Member Exclusive - RARE Yellow/Smoke
The X-Ray Drone version of the ball bearing Bumble Bee Yo-Yo was a very limited release from Playmaxx in brilliant colors. Matt Carter (aka Scarecrow / Crow) ran the Yo-Yo Collective online club for fans of Playmaxx, had this idea for a yo-yo. Carter designed this original artwork for this exclusive model and had it made. Yo-Yo Collective Club members were called “Drones” and this exclusive X-Ray Drone model was only available to members of the club.
This X-Ray Drone has been carefully cherished by a collector. Of the assorted colors of X-Ray drones this color scheme matches the traditional yellow/black design of the Turbo Bumble Bee. The beautiful translucent yellow and smoke halves pay homage to the original Bumble Bee colors. This is in near-mint condition; it’s been thrown carefully a few times. There are no scuffs or marks of any kind. Strung with Bee String.
The X-Ray Drone is a modified shape yo-yo designed for looping tricks. The X-Ray Drone featured a stainless steel A-sized ball bearing and a Modified-style body shape.
