La La Land FYC Script Promo Signed by Damien Chazelle / Musical / Leather

Leather-bound FYC script of "La La Land" that is signed by director, Damien Chazelle in blue ink. Purchased a few years ago. Minor leather wear as seen from the photos.
During transit or maybe prior to that, the top hole of the signed page is ripped. The last page is similar for the lower 2 holes. The other holes are worn too. The paper is not as strong as the ones used in my other listing for the "Into the Woods" leather-bound script.
As the holes are susceptible to damage, I've put the signed page and the last page into a sheet protector. If requested, I can remove all the pages and store them separately for shipment.
